Former Homeless Man Pays it Forward

Okay, I am not embarrassed to say that I crier from way back. So many horrific things happen in the world, and watching another person reach out to those in need, with no agenda but helping out, I am genetically programmed to cry. I trust that you too will be touched.

Getting It All – Giving It All Away – Video

I LOVE Ted talks, but this one was amazing and had me tearing up. What began as a group of guys finding a way to legitimately receive free items for themselves, turned into random acts of kindness to the infinite power. The talk is funny, heartwarming and inspiring. It is also more than 10 minutes long but I promise that if you take the time to watch it, you won’t regret it. Don’t forget to pass it on.

Blessings, Lydia

An Inspiring Thought For Your Day

Jumping for joy

Every single day, no matter who you meet in the day – friends, family, work colleagues, strangers – give joy to them. Give a smile or a compliment or kind words or kind actions, but give joy! Do your best to make sure that every single person you meet has a better day because they saw you. This might sound like it is not connected with you and your life, but believe me it is inseparably connected through cosmic law. As you give joy to every person you meet, you bring joy to YOU. The more you can give joy to others, the more you will bring the joy back to you. ~ Rhonda Byrne

“Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them; that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.” ~ Lao Tzu
